Jodi and Jay are a former B&G on here. When they got married, Jay was very sick. So sick, as in stage 4 liver cirrhosis (liver failure), his
future was uncertain. He went on the organ list waiting for a donation at the beginning of 2012. Then last year on April 17, he got the call
that he had a new guardian angel and a 2nd chance at life! The next morning he was in surgery at IU while most of the westside prayed
for him and jodi. Now, they are expecting a baby boy this fall! Jodi wanted to celebrate his one year anniversary with a quick session
showing off both their perfect bellies. How cool!
In Jodi’s words, “To this day no words can describe the gratitude and love we have for our guardian angel/organ donor and their family. There is no way we will e.v.e.r. be able to repay them. The best we can do is to celebrate and rejoice for their beautiful life and especially their amazing gifts they left behind for Jay and so many others.”
I enjoy that her laugh completely takes away the belly! The baby is all, “Mom quit laughing! I have little room as it is in here!”
