ben & olivia.

Miss Olivia just turned two in September!

Just like all 2 year olds, she made me work hard.

The two of us headed downtown to meet up with Ben for some family shots.

We are starting to see a lot of her Mommy in her eyes. :*)

Oh, hey.

Love.

As you know, we are days away from Ali’s one year angelversary. (Thoughts on that in a few days on the RockPink blog.) I don’t know where

the blur of a year has gone but I do know that these too are hanging in there and making the best of each day. Slowly, our hearts are

beginning to heal. You did wonderful with her, Ben. I know how much you’ve hated getting your pic taking over the years, and Ali was

always the one to force it. I know she’s smitten over these and the love you display for your baby girl. xoxo

Heart, Melanie.

gabi+jeremyphoto - wonderful shots! glad to see i’m not the only one who still has an ali bracelet. :)

each day is a gift and these photos tell that story better than any words ever could. ben and olivia are often in our thoughts as we know that nothing in this life is promised.

keep up the great work and ben, we miss you dearly.

brenda - doll baby!! she is absolutely precious. love seeing the interaction of daddy and daughter, just sweet. thanks for sharing and many hugs.

jennie b - this are adorable! she is such a cutie :) i LOVE the ones of them jumping…they make me laugh!

Aunt Net - OMG-these are so cute. I have a picture of Ali next to my computer and the look on Olivia’s face in one looks just like her mommy. Ben has done an outstanding job; he has so much love and support coming from everywhere. I am still touched by what I hear and see when I come to visit. Thanks for capturing the beauty and spirit of 2 special people in all of our lives. Love you all!

emily - AMAZEBALLS! the blazer look is adorable. it’s hard to pick a favorite…but the series of the two of them jumping should definitely be in a frame somewhere – there’s no way anyone could look at those and not crack a smile.

Stephanie Lyell - Wow-these are beautiful! They made me smile :) I love the portraits of her at the very end-preciousness.

L - talk. about. BEAUTIFUL!
instant heart-meltage.
i can’t get over those beautiful eyes… and the fact that a 2year old has cooler clothes than i do ;)

happy [late] birthday to oliva <3

i'm always thinking about you guys, and i'm so proud of your strength and positivity. sending lots of love as always!

luci - wow… totally saw ali in olivia! i’ve always been obsessed with little olivia’s face. she is so beautiful. So happy to see her and Ben doing well. As always, your pics are AWESOMETOWN! <3 your #1 fan

Kate - a remarkable pair!

cindy Nunery - Absolutely beautiful job Mel!

Christine Budek Sokol - These beautiful pictures brought tears to my eyes….gosh, Olivia looks sooo much like her mommy. I am certain Ali is looking down and smiling….it breaks my heart that Olivia will never be able to hug her Mommy….but I also know that your wonderful family will keep the memory of Ali alive for Olivia. I cannot believe we are nearing the one year anniversary of when Ali’s journey on this earth came to an end….but certainly her new journey is one without pain or suffering….it still leaves a big hole in the hearts of all who knew her and loved her….God bless.

Bro. Bob - I LOVE these pictures. Almost makes me rethink my life so I can have kids just so you can take their pictures:) Thanks for sharing them. I can’t believe how much I see Ali in Olivia. Wow. As always, you all remain in my prayers.

Sarah - just perfect, Mel! all the Daddy-love is so beautiful. <3 HUGS <3

Kelly - She is so damn cute and love her little smile and that serious look she gives and you did a great job picking out the outfits Love the one with her hair in pigtails with that adorable little blazer! Such great pics as always!!! Funny I never really though she looked a whole lot like you guys but you can Def see it in this pictures that she does!!

Dale silver - you can see the sparkle of Ali in O’s eyes.

nonni and poppi Tracy - yay…some great pictures of Olivia and Ben to treasure. Still using a one year old picture of her that I can finally update. We never saw Ali in her face until some of these shots. I can go thru Ali’s baby books and find some similar shots now. Mel, you captured her perfectly with all her 2 yr. old moods. The ones with Ben are so precious. Ali has to be beaming with pride and love. This week is so hard but together we will all get thru it. Just wish Ali would have been here to be part of those pictures. Olivia never misses a picture of her and loves to see her and hear stories about her already. Great job as usual, Mel.

Kelly - Seriously GORGEOUS images!! They both will cherish these forever :)
