erin.

if only we would have known months ago when we scheduled this, that it would be the hottest day of the yr! yuck. we started at 8am and it was already 89

degrees. what a trooper you are erin! she still looks cute as can be, meanwhile i was nasssty sweating.

erin is so sweet and shy. she was incredibly easy to talk with the whole session. giiirl, something about this look whether it’s your hair, expression or what, it screams pin up model to me! so pretty!didn’t take long before she was workin’ it. you look amazing!

 this was one of the last shots. turns out she was holding back that sweet grin from me the whole session!! i love it!

 

thanks for spending that hot humid nasti nati morning with me! i still can’t get over how you never complained once about it. you’re a rockstar.

the paxman is ONE!

…ok so he turned 1 june 3rd, i’ve been a bit overwhelmed and just took his one yr pics :)

:)

this just makes me so happy!gorgeous. 

i’m pretty sure i was yelling at eric to stop being such a turd. he likes to make dumb faces when i take his pics and it drives me nuts!!

he was blowing me a kiss :) i know pax, he deserved it.

looks like an image that comes in a frame. you guys are too good lookin.

for the last yr + adam has refused to shoot either of our families pictures. this became “my job.” but this time he actually came and took nori jogging with him while i worked. when they were done i asked nori if she wanted a picture with paxman and i swear to you, i’m not joking or exaggerating, this is exactly what she did. walked right up, put her arm around him and smiled. i couldn’t even shoot at first cause i was laughing so hard. she’s never done that and certainly doesn’t ever smile anymore without us being silly.  they look like they belong in a baby catalog. i hope our boy looks like pax, they do favor each other!

you know i can’t take an image when the pace boys are around without one of them bombing a shot at some point. they. are. special.

i can’t believe it’s already been over a year since he was born. i can’t wait for him to start walking fulltime and watch the two of them cause all kinds of trouble together. even better when he starts talking and having conversations with nori! agghh! i know, don’t try to speed up time, it already goes too fast. but i’m anxious for those days :) hbd (again) pax! we love you!! heart, aunt meli

mr. & mrs. thurman: details

here are some of our favorite details from the wedding starting with our invite! i thought they sent me a present in the box, didn’t realize it was their invite til i

opened it up. ha! they only had to create 15, cause i know you’re wondering just like i was! ha!

these brilliant invitations and place cards were created by http://www.lindsayletters.com

the reception was held in this little cabin in the woods next to the ceremony site.  the wood chairs are normally at the tables, but they took those outside for

seating. clever! each table setting had a book cover on the front of a postcard. the guests were told to write something sweet on the back and bethany

(her sister) would mail them to brittany and zack throughout the year. adorable. there were many more details that were definitely not looked past, don’t worry! all your hardwork paid off! congrats again! heart, melanie and adam.
